This morning Christopher and I went to my Chiropractor's appointment and then drove to a Teacher/Toy store. It was AWESOME!!! I know most homeschoolers balk at decorating the school room to resemble a classroom but I LOVE TO! So many fun, brightly colored, posters, wall hangings and trims!
Outside my window... The sun is shining and it is hot, hot, hot out there!
I am thinking... that I don't fit into boxes very well... I'm me and I need to stop trying to cram myself into other peoples boxes.
I am thankful... For a quiet day at home yesterday.
In the kitchen... I stopped at the Lakewinds co-op in Chanhassen and got my lunch. Some fresh blueberries and a power protein salad from the deli.
For dinner we are having lasagna and fresh garden green beans (not from my garden).
I am wearing... Capri's and a white t-shirt.
I am creating... Our schedule for the first week of school.
I am going... to be staying inside for the rest of the day!

I am hoping... Jonathan had a nice 1st day at his new job.
I am looking forward to... school starting!! :o)
I am learning... to abide in HIM
Around the house... we are sitting around chatting and waiting for Christopher's friend to arrive. He is spending the afternoon and evening with us.
One of my favorite things... an afternoon nap, which I'm off to do now.
A few plans for the rest of the week: Coffee with a friend but other than that I have no plans! The plan is to be home and working on school prep and getting a few small household tasks done.
